I actually think I remember her saying somewhere that she thinks the 'supermodel era' was over as in claudia, naomi, cindy, and of course gisele. So I think you're right. But people have also been doubting if her time is limited now that her VS contract is gone. But who knows..

no, i think she said, as i put back there, that the supermodel era is over, like many people would say out there... as for the caricature part, there were many ways to say that she always does the same poses or whatever, but that kind of comment (the caricature one in the article) is somehow full of hatery or even jealousy...
i don't remember her trying too hard to appear on the midia during her whole career, even when people said that she had implants or that she dates famous man so she is known as a celebrity, it could be true, but she never made a big deal of it, so i guess people are more concerned about her career after the VS contract than she is...

It is funny because I have the impression that Carolina has got some parts of the article written in somewhere but not in Brazil.
It is because the text in English has more stuff than te one that is on line at UOL and it seems Carolina has cut some parts of it.
Well, see below the part in English that was not in Carolina´s text:

i agree that she needs to re-invent herself..cuz she's getting boring...but she'll always b known as a household name..like cindy and naomi. THe thing tho.. those girls before her.. never had to reinvent themselves..except for linda evangelista..but that was her character..always changing her look. Cindy never changed her look..neither did naomi.

About her gaining weight due to quitting smoking... i dont c it either.. if she lost weight ..that would explain y her boobs went w/ it. But gaining weight.. didnt help it come back..For this reason, i think she didnt gain an ounce.
