oh, you know, just spent 4 hours walking an outdoor runway at Lincoln Center in front of Anna Wintour (aka Editor in Chief of Vogue if you're living under a rock) planned out where 150 models, including Gisele Bundchen will be walking at the opening of fashion week. just a typical day![]()
lincolncenter.org via giselefanorgWhat better way to kick off a celebration of fashion than with the largest public fashion show in New York City history! On September 7 at Lincoln Center, “Fashion’s Night Out: The Show,” produced by Vogue and SPEC Entertainment, will feature over 150 of the industry’s top models and give over 1,500 guests a look at Vogue’s key trends for the fall.
Not only will Fashion's Night Out: The Show feature the most models in New York runway history, but it'll also feature some of the hottest.
The all-star roster for the September 7th event has just been announced and it's seriously steamy.
Get ready to see some swoon-worthy post-baby bods as new mamas Gisele Bündchen, Karolina Kurkova and Adriana Lima hit the runway, along with Alessandra Ambrosio, Naomi Campbell, Angela Lindvall, Lily Donaldson, Sasha Pivovarova, newlywed Coco Rocha and over 100 other beauties.
All of the ladies (more than 150 in total) will stomp a catwalk circling Lincoln Center's famed Revson Fountain at Josie Robertson Plaza while wearing Fall 2010 fashions hand-picked by Vogue editors.
Don't have a seat to the sold-out event? No problem. Vogue's eccentric editor-at-large André Leon Talley and cult-followed blogger Hanneli Mustaparta will be hosting a live webcast of the event on CBS.com/FNO at 7 p.m. EST.
Rumor confirmed! So excited to see her do something this. She hasn't walked in anything here since VS in 2006, has she?
Fashion’s Night Out will go for its second run this year, and to top last year’s series of events, the power team, which consists of Anna Wintour, Mayor Bloomberg, NYC & Company, and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), has planned the world’s largest runway show. On September 7, over 1500 guests will view 200 top models go down the runway in Vogue-approved ensembles. In support of the fashion industry and the NYC AIDS fund, Gisele Bündchen will be leading the opening and closing of the show. To think the spectacle couldn’t get any more spectacular!
