I love this collection!! The clothes, the photography, the model, it's all so beautiful!

I've asked this at "Supporting Cast S/S Campaigns" already, but does anybody know the model? She so beautiful!

There are some great pieces here. Not crazy about all of it, but some of it is stunning. Who is the designer now at Givenchy? Is there a main designer?

Why did they bother employing Julien McDonald?

I actually liked the Givenchy Haute Couture collections when he was/is? in charge, though not crazy about the RTW.

It's adorable but, with the exception of a few dresses, not very realistic or practical; I can't imagine that many of the few grown women who can actually afford Givenchy will be springing for capri pants and cutout bodysuits. This collection is skewed very, very young. My guess is that while they're waiting on their new designer, they decided to go all-out Audrey Hepburn this season (to clear the palate of that nasty Julien McDonald aftertaste), and that commercially this collection will just be a write-off.

But I do crave a pair of those shoes. And maybe a cropped jacket. Ooooh, and that black dress...
