Givenchy S/S 2007: Hilary Rhoda and Lara Stone | the Fashion Spot

Givenchy S/S 2007: Hilary Rhoda and Lara Stone

I expected a little more, to be honest. Hilary looks good, though.

Agreed - Hilary has been featured in black and white quite a lot recently!

Very underwhelming, and yet I didn't expect much. Yawn.

faith i agree with the maxmara reference!
i am quite disappointed..i was hoping they'd do something amazing with hilary and lara
past ads with mariacarla etc have been of a high standard..

I also expected more from Inez & Vinoodh, but maybe the ads will look better in print...

Gosh, I forgot that I&V had shot these -- which makes them even more disappointing! :( Other than the prop usage, they're definitely not the usual eye-catching photographs that I'm accustomed to see I&V creating...

Lara outshines Hilary. I like the set design and the whole stiff vibe is somewhat well overused!

Nothing good about this. And just more proof Lara is a very average model.

I find these really mediocre in comparison to recent previous seasons. It's a shame because I thought the Hilary/Lara combination had more potential. These are just quite dull.

LOVE hilary, but I have to say.. these ads are meh... they looks like mediocre editorials at the most.. I can't believe Inez&Vinoodh could only come up with this for ads...

So sad :( Imagine if this was an editorial. It'd be the worse one US Vogue had to offer.

Not much. Loks a lot like Max Mara just that Max Mara is 1000 times better, though I love Hilary this is really nothing special and boring.

i like them. but i don't see the maxmara ones. or cannot remember.
the pieces of design are really good (do you know who design those stuff on which the girls are posing?). and the outfits look very good, there. they make me want to look again the collection.

just checked the max mara. heu...could someone tell me what make you think of max mara in this Givenchy ads?????!!!! coz except the b&w photos, the couples... i really don't see the ressemblance!!
