Hilton, 20, married Todd Andrew Meister, 33, at the Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, according a Clark County marriage license. A woman who answered the phone at the chapel declined comment.

“Access Hollywood,” which first reported the wedding, said older sister Paris Hilton and actress Bijou Phillips were present during the 2:30 a.m. ceremony.

The Hilton sisters were in town for a Stuff magazine party at the Palms Casino Resort, where they were joined by Meister and Nicole Ritchie for dinner late Saturday, resort owner George Maloof Jr. said.

Maloof, who confirmed the ceremony had taken place, said the couple gave no indication of their plans.

I agree... she seemed to have a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it wasn't as spur-of-the-moment as we all think?

y does this necessarily mean she's dumb or like britney? shes got a career of her own and shes doing pretty well in it...so wut if she got married young? reese witherspoon and ryan phillipe married around this same age and they're doing great together!

Well, I was only one year older than she is when my husband and I got married, though he is only two years older than me, not 13. That huge age gap is what kind of makes my head spin. A very large gap in age, especially when one party is so very young can spell a big imbalance in relationship power.

Nevertheless, I hope they have a long and successful life together. I would never ill-wish anybody's nuptuals.

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Hotel heiress Nicky Hilton married a New York money manager before dawn Sunday in an impromptu ceremony, according to court filings obtained by The Associated Press.

Hilton, 20, married Todd Andrew Meister, 33, at the Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, according a Clark County marriage license. A woman who answered the phone at the chapel declined to comment.

"Access Hollywood," which first reported the wedding, said older sister Paris Hilton and actress Bijou Phillips were present during the 2:30 a.m. ceremony.

I heard they'd been involved before - a prior flame. I think he's a money manager...which might be helpful in the future.

Anyway, regardless, she's always seemed to have a decent head-on-her-shoulders (as compared to Paris), so I'm hoping that this wasn't a drunken moment thing and that they actually wanted to get married, and in that case, all the luck to them.
