Thanks to everyone for posting so many great pics. This and the Ava Gardner thread move so quickly it's hard to keep up with all the new posts.

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask everyone what was the first film they ever saw of Grace's and their fave and least fave Grace film. The first Grace film I ever saw was "Mogambo." That and "Rear Window" rank as my faves. I haven't seen "The Swan" or "Fourteen Hours". I detest "High Society" and am not crazy about "High Noon", "Country Girl" nor "To Catch a Thief"

The first Grace Kelly film I ever saw was Dial M For Murder when I was a little girl. I don't remember being captivated by her grace and beauty but I do remember enjoying the film immensely and this was the film that sparked my interest in Hitchcock. My strong interest in Grace Kelly as an actress and style icon began when I was around 17 when I saw Mogambo, To Catch a Thief and Rear Window. I think in the latter two films Grace Kelly looked her most radiant and beautiful.

Anyway, back to your question, scriptgirl. Grace Kelly's 3 Hitchcock films are my favourite of hers. It's hard for me to pick a favourite of the three as I haven't seen them all in quite some time. My least favourite Grace Kelly film is Green Fire. Grace looked lovely in it and it was an ok way to spend 100 minutes but I can't really remember any special about the movie.

The only Grace Kelly film I haven't seen is Fourteen Hours. I haven't had any luck finding it at my local video store and to my knowledge it hasn't been screened on television, at least not recently.

I can never decide if I like or dislike Grace's wedding dress

I think Grace Kelly's wedding dress is stunning. I love the intricacy of the bodice with the beading and the lace contrasted with the voluminous skirt.

Ziegfield Girl, I have only seen High Society once and I just didn't like it. I think that Bing and Frank had no chemistry with Grace and I just never liked the storyline. I also never liked The Philadelphia Story, which the movie is a remake of.
