Grey's Anatomy

I won't say anymore about it guys...but i'll tell you this...it was an AMAZING episode....which is pretty standard for this show :flower:

Just read the recap of the 2nd episode. It is awesome, imho, better than the 1st one. ;)

^ I hope that second epi is better than the first. Not impressed with the first epi. At. ALL.

I really didn't like the season premiere at all, absolutely nothing changed, we're at the same place as 1 episode ago. I think perhaps I may stop watching this show.

They spent a lot of time on the whole plague thing! Whatever, this isn't ER! Hopefully it will get better....can't wait for the next episode!:woot:

Where the crap did all the Plague come in!! It was okay...I think I was expecting a bit too much...

even though i said that it was a good season premiere on the last page, I must admit it wasn't exactly what i was hoping for. from the ending of the last season's finale, i thought alex would be with izzie and helping her w/ denny's death. i don't know it just wasnt that amazing.

I honestly thought the baby thing and George/Mcdreamy exchange were completely contrived and random.

Pretty good eppy, touching. I wasn't expecting that much of a progression in 40 mins.. season premieres always leave you wanting more (practically a requirement) they have 20 odd more installments to go, it's called pacing yourself. The plague thing was a metaphorical plot mechanism, didn't bother me, but then again my expectations weren't as high as some... takes all the fun out of arbitrary tv. Kate Walsh was really heartbreakingly great in her scene with Derrick, wasn't she? the way she sobbed when he threw her out (however deservedly).

wasn't she? i love Kate. She's just so amazingly talented and I like how she turned a potentially one dimensional character into layered, complex, and likable character. In the scene where she is folding and packaging the panties, the look on her face is intriguing. It's not vindictive, it's not too angry, it was just really heavy sadness. Wonderfully subtle.

At the DVD party for "Grey's", a reporter asked her, "So how did you become a fan favorite?" and I had to laugh. LOL. Shonda wants so much for us to like and empathize with Meh and McDouche, but rofl it seems that more people are more likely to root for Addie. I watched it with 30 other people last night and we were ALL rooting for Addie.

I hope Addie finds someone that appreciates how freaking amazing and gorgeous she is. Preferably McSteamy.

I liked the first episode, although it could have been little better Izzie-wise. I think it was rather dumb that she was lying on the bathroom floor, so not her... I mean the first season she was sooo excited to become a surgeon and so eager to prove everyone wrong and now just suddenly give up everything.. I somehow don't want to buy it, of course she lost someone she loved but I mean that has to have happened before and why would she now throw it all away for a man? I hope we will see stronger Izzie in future :)

^^ Steamier than ever...;)
