My sources tell me that the promo posted above is just plain old pointless torture, because Rose is lying through her pretty white teeth when she tells Derek that she's having his baby.

Now, why is she lying, and could she get away with it? That remains to be seen, but I can tell you that "Thorn" is just about done causing trouble for Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek, because the two-hour season premiere (airing Sept. 25 on ABC at 9 p.m.) is apparently Lauren Stamile's final appearance with the show.

Shonda also said that Izzie's got a huge love story, and it's very unexpected. She took a huge leap in faith by creating it, so far it's just a flicker and not a flame, etc etc. It makes you wonder, right?

Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Could it be that Hannah will make a reappearance? If so, I'd imagine it'd be really intense and something I'd look forward to watching on screen.

I TOTALLY agree kissmesweet! I love Addison. I've been watching the series again from Season 1 and I can't believe how good the first two seasons were!

I know... Somewhere along the way, possibly near the beginning of Season 3, the show began to lost its charm.

Hope it'll get better in the upcoming season as Season 4 was much better than 3.

Hearing Skinny Love = I really did love this premiere. Much better than the finale.

Did anybody else start to cry in the beginning?! I thought it was real at first, so imagine how embarassed I was when we found out it was just a dream. I also thought that Christina getting speared with an icicle was a rather nice touch to the episode.

I felt so bad but every time the lady was asking "Where am I? What happened?" I couldn't help but laugh. Especially when Alex told her she's in a spaceship.

The episode as a whole was awesome but the theme wasn't something new. Can't wait for the next one, though. TWO WEEKS.

I'm happy with the season premiere and I feel like they're going in a new direction.. don't know what it is exactly but I have a good feeling.

Spoilers: The scene with Izzie and Denny HIT me hard.. I was NOT prepared at ALL to see him in the premiere! That was an AMAZING scene. I started bawling right away!! Izzie looked exactly the same as she did in season 2 in her dress. It was very sweet.

Meredith's face looks different... A little more filled out. I can't tell if it's because she's had some work done or if she's just been eating more??
Rose - What a nutjob. I'm glad she's out of the picture
