i know what you mean. gucci shoes aren't manolo, they aren't louboutin. they lack something absolutely classic (even the one i posted will be a bebe in about two months). and i think the newer collections don't even have that must-have magic some of the shoes under tom had...i mean, who could forget:

I know what you mean and agree 100%. Every season Gucci designed an "it shoe" as you proved, but the accessories shown in the cruise and s/s 05 collections were just so mundane, there was no "I have to have those no matter how long the waiting list" urge, to me anyway.

Do you mean the space between the heel and the sole? If so then it's because of the curvature of the heel and the angle of the photo.

i meant the open toe, especially in combination with the model's toes. they're almost "kissing" the floor.

i am crying those boots are so fabulous stepping on rose petals. compared to this current collection which just does not have that ineffable thing.
