Gucci Pre-Fall 2020 by Alasdair McLellan

Let me explain it in plain English so you can understand.
By your logic, it is okay to racially discriminate against a certain race because they are racially discriminate against another race.
First of all, it is not the way to go.
Second of all, the boy is calling out for revenge. Last time I check, this type of revenge mentality resulted in terrorism, racial genocide.

I’ve yet to see where I’ve posted in this thread that indicates I’m racially discriminating, you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about.

Do you know how many kids watch superhero movies that involve revenge? Don’t interpret it like it’s word to describe a terrorist. I fear for kids to be around someone like you

It's not that deep. It's a 9 year old that doesn't even understand the concept of revenge... Since when are kids taken so seriously? There's no need to analyze this message to such extent.

It is rather easy to say that when you are not a subject to that kind of racist post.
Even his father acknowledges that the view his son has is somehow in line with some politicians. And what they do is not adding more love into the world ain’t it?
It is rather naive to say specially under current circumstances Chinese people (Asian at large) are not subjected to intense racial discrimination.

I don’t think that’s quite a what he meant when he was comparing his son’s writing to politicians

I don’t think any of us have denied the discrimination of Chinese or even Asians in general (almost every non-Asian person can’t distinguish one Asian group from another sadly). You’re not reading our posts properly for some reason...

:hardhead:

I still believe the message was blown way out of proportions by the precious diet_prada, however, Glen should've kept it to himself. There was absolutely no reason for the world to see this in the first place + it kinda clashed with the rest of his feed so... unnecessary drama.

hardly a memorable campaign and i can't stand the exploitation of animals as mere props here.

It’s very beautiful but it also feels quite conventional. It looks like any other generic McLellan shoot. And the cast doesn’t help...

This campaign would be stunning as an editorial. Especially when the focus is on accessories, something Alasdair doesn't normally do. It's not very convincing nor original as a campaign.

Can't wait for the autumn campaign, and it better be Luchford!

This proves that they must continue using Luchford. They went for the same effect, and it just doesn't have any of the magic that Glen is able to bring to these Gucci campaigns.
