frida is doing her job real well. taking a feminine, accessible approach. she's not getting rid of the flowers anytime soon (esp for resort) when the flowers basically reinvigorated the bag business. i agree that some of the silhouettes are better than expected for gucci, but i think it looks a little bit plagiarized from dries van noten s/s collection. so anyway if i were her boss i would give her a raise, but i wouldn't buy any of this stuff personally.

Love the ankle-strap wedges ... and don't mind the flowers at all (mind you, nothing Gucci has ever been on my must-buy list and that hasn't changed ). Close up the shoes are really nice. The heeled loafers remind me of Celine ...
