Gee Kim´s got a lot of nerve...it´s not a dress for her. I didn´t like it on Gwyneth either, but at least she has the figure for it. It´s not a flattering dress, and why should someone wear a dress that makes you look bad?

Gwyneth Paltrow in talks for Saura's 'Guernica'

Gwyneth Paltrow is in negotiations to play opposite Antonio Banderas in "Guernica 33 Days," the tale of Pablo Picasso's emotional turmoil as he painted his masterpiece.

Carlos Saura ("The Hunt," "Raise Ravens,") directs (Variety, Feb. 20) from a screenplay he co-wrote with Spanish producer Elias Querejeta and French scribe Louis-Charles Sirjacq.

Guido Rud's FilmSharks Intl. has acquired worldwide rights outside France and Spain. Spain's Idem 4 and France's Cinevedas produced.


As reported in Variety, Banderas plays Picasso; Paltrow is up to limn his lover Dora Maar, a Spanish-speaking French photographer, who snapped the stages of "Guernica's" creation.

Paltrow speaks Spanish, having lived as an exchange student for a year in Spain at age 15.

Spain's Imanol Arias will portray writer Jose Bergamin, while Barbara Goenaga is Picasso's assistant.
Budgeted at €8 million ($10.4 million), "Guernica" will be one of the biggest Spanish films going into production this year.

It shoots mid-September to mid-November in Guernica and France, for delivery next May, Rud said.
Basque pubcaster ETB is co-financing.

Academy Award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow was photographed with her daughter Apple in London, England on Sunday (May 27). The pretty pair were joined by friends as they walked to and from dance class on the sunny afternoon.

It looks like Apple's pink 'do has washed away! Earlier this month, the gorgeous 8-year-old girl was seen with colorful hair alongside her brother Moses, 6, and their famous mama at "Uncle" Jay-Z's show at the O2 Arena.

I love the shirt and sandals. BUT I really dislike this "trend" of pockets sticking out of cutoffs/shorts.

I really like the sandals. I'm surprised she isn't in the US yet. She must not be needed on the Iron Man 3 set just yet.
