Gwyneth Paltrow Admits To Elle Canada "I'm A Very Flawed Human Being"
With a new movie set to hit the big screen Gwyneth Paltrow is getting her promo wheels turning and she's started by covering the latest issue of Elle Canada.
The 39-year-old blond covered the September mag, in a simple black dress and dished on her perfection, fitness an being a woman.
We all know Gwyneth is great pals with Beyonce and the actress also chatted on how much her girl friends mean to her.
On her beauty routine:
“My beauty routine is pretty basic: sleep, water, sex…exercise. Exercise is key for me. Even if it’s just 15 minutes of yoga to get the blood flowing. And then I can eat whatever I want.”
On the subject of her much-discussed perfection:
"I think it's dangerous. I totally understand that I'm this character, and there is a lot of positive projection and a lot of negative projection, but I think that, really, nobody's perfect... I'm a very flawed human being."
On her love for her lady friends:
"Outside of my children and my husband, my girlfriends are my... They inspire me, they make me laugh, make me mad. I feel very blessed to have really close girlfriends - some of whom I've met recently, some of whom I've known since I was four years old."
On what she percieves to be a modern day woman:
"Someone who can do whenever it is they want to do and do it to whenever degree they want to do it and not let go of feminine be or motherhood if that's what they want to do."
Gwyneth certaintly is a modern day woman, flaws and all!

^I´m also quite sure that the cover pic is vintage. The inside one with the blue thing is quite intriguing. Love her in different styles...
So... here's a treat: I saw GP last night!
Was at a restaurant/bar in the west village, NYC, late. Midnight. There she was. She was with a stunning guy, no idea who he was, very euro-looking. They were at a table with another man, but when she left, she left with the stunning euro.
She wore white casual pants/jeans, blue and white striped long tank top. Hair super casual/messy. Very casual, very gorgeous. All Gwyneth. Before leaving, she stopped and took pictures with some people at the bar. She was all smiles. Walked off with the stunning euro.
I make no judgment on the guy - for all I know he is her cousin. No reason to assume anything untoward...
I've seen her in person several times over the past 10 years and each time, more stunning than the last. These pics we see here do not lie!
