i havent seen enough of her out + about to know anything about her style, but i do know that this girl on screen is so magnetic and authentic that i had to create a thread for her...

i saw her in the secret of the grain last night [la graine et le mulet] and she was so mesmerising...it was incredible.!
she is only 21 years old....a french girl of north african descent...she apparently had no acting experience prior to filming la graine et le mulet, which is almost unbelievable once you see her performance..

she won the award for most promising actress at the 2008 César awards....she also won the same title at the lumiere awards, as well as the Étoile d'Or for best female newcomer.! i cant wait to see more from her...

she also has a beautiful, striking face imo...

i just read that she is a law student...she says acting has always been her dream, but she has no training at all... her favourite actresses are Béatrice Dalle and Emmanuelle Béart.. she was in her first year of law school when she was invited to a casting session by a casting director she knew.

her parents are algerian and she was born in marseille..

she gained 15 kilos for the role..

I just saw "the secret of the grain" recently, and my God she is an incredible actress I think her style is so-so at the moment, but she's gorgeous and obviously very talented. I hope her style will evolve and improve with time and that we get to see her in a lot more films
