How Hailey Baldwin Gets Her Back-From-the-Beach Glow

Hailey Baldwin gives good face year-round, but it's in the summer that her skin comes alive. Here, the 21-year-old model shares her best tricks for faking a believable back-from-the-beach glow.
Baldwin begins with a fresh face and a few drops of Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Drops, spreading the luminizing elixir all over her sculpted complexion. "I use my hands on my face, because I know where my hands have been," she quips. Dotting concealer on the under-eye area, as well as those areas where her skin flares up during allergy season, she taps the pigment in. Never rub, she insists.
To begin bronzing, she whips out her trusty Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate palette, dipping her brush into the contouring cream before blending it along the cheekbones, as well as around the hair - and jawline, like a pro. After brushing through her brows with a spoolie brush, she adds a veil of rosy Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer across the nose and cheeks for a natural-looking, sun-kissed effect. "Slay!" she proclaims, pausing to admire her work in the mirror.
"If I had to choose two things to take to a desert island, it would for sure be mascara and lip balm," Baldwin explains, coating her lashes and moisturizing her pillowy pout. Finally, after going over her preexisting strobe with Laura Mercier Face Illuminator for a true "glow for the gods," it’s time for the most important step of all: a soft-focus wash of SPF-infused setting powder. "You have to protect your face!" she insists. And with that word of caution, she's on her way, throwing neon yellow–taloned deuces up before hightailing it out of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills - no beach rays required.
