Beautiful cover, she looks great!
I really like it. The styling, her presence...
Gemma is still as perfect as ever. Didn't need the giraffes ruining the shot.
She looks like a lost Fanning sister in this picture lol, but I think I like it. The pose is too stiff IMO, maybe there is nothing you can do with this weird and stern dress.
Thank you! Imagine this with Annie Leibovitz. Some drama and intesnsity in her face, a more flexible pose, definitely less giraffes. The art director should've picked up on how the coverlines and giraffes clash. Another dud for me.
But.....the production value is impressive for HB Australia, so I'm glad for them. And the setting is season appropriate.
I, for one, enjoy the presence of the giraffes lol and I really like the colours of the dress. Gemma is beautiful , although I agree that her post is a little ram-rod straight, not helped by the structure of the dress.
great to see her on another cover! Her first HB Australia cover, and her second HB cover overall after HB Indonesia November 2004.
Someone tell Glenda Bailey that this is how one should make use of animals as props (which is not acceptable tbh). Put them in the background and not in the front goodness.
Special subscriber cover
Second cover looks much better visually, but there's still a stiffness to her pose as with the first one. I'm keen to see where they'll go with the animal conservatism, which seems to be the theme of this issue. Very unique, must say.
My Gemmaaaaaaaaaaaa LOVE her, so excited to see her rocking SO many covers !!! So gorgeous !!!
I do not like her. I don't like the style and those animals in the background and her happy face looks so fake. The whole thing looks like a quinceanera going to the Zoo with a photographer.
Love this cover, while it works for me as is, it could have been improved by some dramatic modelling.
I'm surprised to hear this is only her second HB cover!! She has truly been a Vogue girl from her Prada & Vogue Australia debut back in 2004.

OMFGGGGGGGG EVERYBODY!!!! THIS THISSSSSSSSS is what a REAL REAL REAL supermodel looks like and poses like!!! Can´t believe she co-exists in the world of Kendall Jenner and Gigi and Bella and all these clowns lol . Gemma looks EVERY INCH of a supermodel damnnnnnnnn the height, the body, the face, the poses, the hair, the everything, GORGEOUSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Is there an exclusive interview of her inside??? I will def get this for sure looooooooooove this !!!! It takes me back to 2007-2008 when girls were known and they were all top girls in every major ads and runways and covers !!!!!!!
the images of her smiling are really bad, imo. Like they got her in a candid moment, wth is the level of amateurism of the third pic?
I must say I love that shot in Prada.
I must say the range she gives from the edit is AMAZING! I mean now this is a model.
But god forbid if I see that Dior shirtdress and corset look one more time
The Prada shot is the only one which I really like. Would be a great autumn cover. The rest look awful.
