Hollywood beauty Kate Bosworth has revealed a deep connection with Sydney spanning her love affair with Orlando Bloom and the difficult break-up that fuelled rumours of anorexia.
In a revealing interview conducted with Harper's Bazaar on the rooftop of Bondi's Swiss Grand Hotel, Bosworth has spoken for the first time about her painful separation from Bloom following their picture perfect romance of four years.

While Bloom is now dating local supermodel Miranda Kerr, Bosworth and the Pirates of the Caribbean star played out their own love story while she was in Sydney filming Superman Returns - enjoying long walks in Centennial Park and frequent meals in cosy cafes.

But when the couple farewelled the Harbour City the romance crumbled less than three months later, sending Bosworth into such a state of anxiety and emotional stress she was unable to eat properly.

"It was my first very difficult break-up with someone I loved deeply and no matter how much I ate, it didn't matter," Bosworth tells the magazine, out Monday.
"I hold all my emotions in the pit of my stomach, so it became difficult to eat. I remember going to a nutritionist and asking, 'Do I have a parasite?"'

While Bosworth is now dating model James Rousseau, her memories of Sydney are special and timeless - and she continues to be impressed.
"Here people are impressed by the right things," Bosworth told the magazine.
"There's still a pocket in the world where integrity matters."

I really like this issue! I don't think my sister's subscription magazine came with mascara, or possibly she ripped it out before I saw it.. eh. This is the first month under new editor in chief Jamie Huckbody! I did a quick flip through the magazine, there are subtle differences but it looks promising! Now I just have to find time to read it, exams come first unfortunately! I think I saw an editorial that looks like Georgia Frost was the model and an editorial featuring Coco Rocha... (but don't quote me! ) I'm not sure if they've been taken from another Harper's but that doesn't matter to me because I haven't seen them! ;) the editorials in this month's edition is back to back so I reckon you'll either be excited by the consecutive stream of snaps or you'll be overwhelmed that you're looking at so many editorials in one go without a break... either way, a nice fresh explosion of work! yay for Jamie!

Tiah Eckhardt is the model in the Rive Gauche Girl editorial. I've got a scanner but I'll be pretty busy for the next month due to exams. I'll try to scan some things when I have the chance.
