In a highly-anticipated fashion industry first, Harper’s BAZAAR has welcomed Carine Roitfeld as global fashion director across all 26 international editions. The famed editor (and street styling favourite) debuts her first fashion feature in Harper’s BAZAAR Australia’s 15th anniversary March issue and globally. The stunning spread was photographed by up-and-coming Kacper Kasprzyk in New York during Hurricane Sandy. “For the clothes it was difficult to call them in because you know downtown everything was closed so some designers were very helpful,” revealed Roitfeld. “I remember Alexander Wang, his place was totally closed, and he went himself to get the clothes.”

So they're just reusing the Carine's editorial from the American version? I'm happy Nastya got a cover but I don't understand why they would cover her beautiful eyes with duck tape

The Carine editorial runs in all 26 editions of Bazaar.
In regards to the cover, each 15 of them is created by a different designer so really it was Victoria Beckham's choice to duck tape her face lol!
