Has Verri gone busted or the Chinese have taken over?

I just found out that they maintained a website in China www.verrimilano.com.cn claiming that M. Bal as the designer, and the brand is exclusively distributed by a Chinese company called New Concept (www.nc-fashion.com), which also has brands called V-One Men and V-One Studio ( looks like a franchsee operation to me!), while their so called Far East Asia Licensing Agent, Grace Silver no longer has any truck with it (apparently the Verri in China are all local productions, with imported fabrics and designs).
