Hermès Mens F/W 07.08 Paris

Best part, huh?

Look at this! Only taxidrivers would wear this! It looks like 60$ pleather! I know, i know, it's Hermes, but it's uuuugly. Expecially the jacket above. Sorry, hon.

You're kidding! That is my favorite jacket! So amazing, it's sooo incredibly spare but the silhouette, color and material are what make it...Spectacular. Also, Hermes cuts a killer sleeve.

It looks cheap. A jacket from the brand that i and maaany other consider the worlds most expensive/luxurious shouldn't look cheap. The cut is boring and ugly, the "neckline" is very unflattering, the colour isn't very good, and brown leather combined with formal pants almost/ NEVER look good, IMO.

Pure heaven. First time Nichanian is that mondern. Still classic but never boring.

LVzio, Hermès is all about effortless chic, don't search for sharp pieces or pieces that really look like luxurious at the first sight (exept maybe the 50 k croc blazers)

Actually, Véro (yeah) has been there since 1988!

Perfect example of a very strong collaboration, where the designers cooperate with the brand and does not take it for his playgroung (read: unlike Gaultier)

Good understated palette, some quirky prints here and there and lovely use of some delicious fabrix!

And phantastically styled to boot! Love the use of layering..

Those croc jackets are 70k, I absolutely adore it but sadly...Its not going to happen this year (maybe in 10).

God, I love Hermes!! What makes me love it is how...It seems like she didn't even try, do they even try to be this chic?

some of the leathers are really nice, but isn't the collection too conventional? it didn't not amaze me

Hermes knows its crocs better than others... I guess this is the third time croc is used in the collection. Or more... hmm, who knows!

Do you guys think the silk scarves the models are wearing (the whites with black corners) are actually women's scarves (the typical carré 90cm*90cm). I have troubles with it, everytime I wear a women's scarf I hate to put the ends on my sweater because they are way longer than they seem to be in the runway. So... special men's scarves?

*sigh*... I want that black(or is it dark brown?) leather jacket with the hoodie... Unfortch Hermés is WAY over my pricerange. I'm already bleeding when thinking about the golden Dolce leatherjackets, cause I'm pretty sure it'll be 3000 Euros plus which I'll fork over for that piece of Disco-Glam.

Given the fact that Hermés is OBSCENELY expensive, I'll never have that one :(

(Why can't I be fabulously rich?????)

Yes, Hermès has a seperate scarf collection for men. It's usually just a few prints a season, though. I think they're all much smaller than the women's scarves, but I'd have to dig out my catalogues to see.

Wasn't the red croc jacket last winter $145,000? Or was that just someone's exaggeration? Either way, I'd sell someone else's right arm for that particular piece.

i want eerything!!! oh my gooooodness!!!!! i have to remind myself too that $1000 for a polo is too much for me ilaughead
