Hermès Menswear S/S 2024 Paris

those sandals will be all over the middle east. aside from their bedazzled pieces or leathery pieces i like that their basics are always priced fairly in comparison to other brands in their category. and you know youll always get luxurious fabric choices and great fits.

Absolutely!

me too, I actually like almost everything here, even the shoes arent so bad. It could be coming of age but I suspect mostly is how overdone things are at the other major luxury houses ( you can never call Pharrell`s LV luxury, can you?).

Perhaps the most basic piece, like the knit sweater on look 33 is boring, but the leather shorts on the same look is so desirable. I love how using young models like this yet the ability to elevate the looks. `Quiet luxury` is the way to go..

even the raffia bag (trending the Prada one?) is done tastefully. But this is Hermes, it should be quality, even if it can be drab at times. I am sold!

it^s all very beige, but also oozes luxe.
As Lola mentioned already the pants and sandals are the weakest part.
But it dosen't matter anyway. Most people buy Hermès beause of it's prestige an not to look too stylish.

^^^ It’s just clothes for rich men with no need to flex whatever designers they're wearing (unlike the eyesore of Vuitton). Or more specifically— weekend/vacation clothes wives shop for for their busy husbands:shrugs: Not a bad thing at all if Hermes is your income bracket. Of course it’s such an afterthought served as a premium offering of designs that could easily be had anywhere if you’re looking at it from the angle of someone who wants high fashion, but they know exactly who their customer is. This is how I dress on holiday: easy-going, effortless, light linens/cottons/silk combos. Unfussy clothes I I don’t care if lost, or stained and drenched in wine/saltwater/rain/sweat (… and other fluids haha…). I’m sure this offering is meant to be worn for similar purpose— just for rich men. The stellar green trench is the only items I really really really covet for my wardrobe.

(And still way more effortlessly stylish than Kim Jones’ Dior outlet offering.)

Honestly, I know some vapid Birkin queens who buy it, for themselves or their husbands, to get quota/runway bags, vvvip access, and all the novelties. In the same way, they order x sets of Hermes chinaware and pre-purchase petit h. I have seen petit h re-purposed as toilet paper holders so...
To them, it's not a complete waste of money because otherwise they would have spend the same amount to dress their husbands at Kiton, Brunello Culcinelli etc... but without the sweet niloticus crocodile in the end.
