Hermès S/S 2010 : Karlie Kloss by Paolo Roversi

Now that's a picture I'd easily frame and put in my bedroom's wall. It's beautiful. With Karlie or with any other girl, the power of the image to lead you to a soothing and peaceful place is undenyable.

The second shot destroys all the charm created by the first one. It's like lovely Sleeping Beauty woke up as a messy Cinderella with silly expression.

The campaign is beautiful but has nothing to do with the collection, i love Hermes, but i really hate k.Kloss:sick: must be in place Eva Herzigova:heart:

Oh, the new Pic is adorable.
Karlie Kloss in : A cinderella story

I don't think the second shot could survive on its own but it certainly fits a storyline and makes for a nice campaign composition.

Gaultier, a forward thinking fashion person + Hermes, a brand rooted in heritage should = something spectacular. As usual, a huge disappointment. Would love to see Steven Klein do the campaign. That ought to muscle it up a bit...

OMG, i LOL-ed!!! is her shoe on fire?

ETA: oh, i think that may be a light or glare from the paper That would have been hilarious.

I still think we need to see it better; i don't think it looks too bad, actually. I can say i prefer this one over the first, definitely.

2nd shot is a huge downgrade on the first one:shock:
But.....because it's shot in my favourite place in the world Santorini I'm gonna let that slide.;)

for the ones who don't understand french:

Hermés, La Vie Comme Un Conte

Hermés, A Life Like a Fairy Tale

work beautifully imo

the second shot would've worked if not for Karlie's face. the expression is kind of.. off.

I like the second shot, I just don't like her face there.

Was just about to say the exact same thing :p.

I like this shot, although not as much as the first. But I like the whole fairy tale theme. Thanks for the translation street_a_licious :flower:.

I never understand why Hermes campaigns veer so far away from the concept proposed in the runway show.

I mean, the show was inspired by tennis...and now we have Karlie Kloss as Cinderella. I just don't get it.

why is the proportions of karlie's body a bit weird and off? her right leg doesn't seem to be the same size as her left leg...and the toes of her right feet are so small like deformed or something..you know like those ancient chinese women who'd fit their feet in really tiny shoes to the point they stunted the growth of their own feet for the sake of beauty.

Her head also seems to be huge and also her thighs...its so big compared to her tiny legs below...it could be the angle of the pic but its so weird....and her expression definitely kills the shot...i love karlie but this is just....ummm....not hermes...
