Really remidns me of old gaultier, but mroe conservitive.

i was a bit annoyed with whatever i saw from this collection ,
he did not even made a try to create something on the Hermès mood,
like space said, its far too close to his old style,
i was expecting something stronger ...

Does Hermes really have a philosophy when it comes to the clothes or can it just reflect whatever designer is in house? That's the best use of orange I've seen yet, no one looks like they're really happy to celebrate halloween or anything like that.

there are Hermes elements like
*horse riding refferences
* their gorgeous scarves
*handmade gloves
* finest leathers and
*the sporty attitude of the 'well placed' elegant traveler.

unfortunately Gaultier seems too ego tripping,
this is just what his own collection should look like.
I dont think giving Margiela's post to gaultier was really a wise idea.
The Hermes woman is quite conservative and classic
this is not a brand for leather bodices and novelity design..
after all one does not spend a fortune for something seasonly disposable

i'm sad they gave the reigns to JPG.. bad choice
