I don't think the red spots on her face are breakouts. I think it's just that she just got a facial where the facialist 'extracted' impurities from her pores. Ie. Squeezed her pores and poked her skin to deep cleanse the skin. My face is like that too after facials. The skin usually calms down after about 3 days.
