no because something about disturbing them in their natural habitat, so many people were holding them when they are naucternal it was really affecting the animals and disrupting their systems by having them awake in the day. I heard they stopped doing it for tourists.

Actually koalas are really delicate.. in the wild if you hold/touch/try to touch them they may actually die of shock... O_O;;; That's what my friend in aussie said, but maybe she was pulling my leg..
