I miss THE FACE magazine

I found a few back issues in my stuff (the issue with Macaulay Culkin by Terry Richardson and the one with Pink by Steven Klein) and it reminded me how great this mag was. and i really miss it now. who else does ?

i have tons of the face but i think the most important is to stop on time( they did it)
cause the face has to be good lot of years ago
in 2003 he`s already decayed

You're not the only one but it did go through a crap phase right before it stopped. It's hey day was in the late eighties, early 90's I think....I have issues going back as far back as 1989 (I collect back issues!).

Could we make this thread a tribute to it? Post material from our favourite issues etc, photoshoots, interviews, articles, covers...?

I only remember a few pictures, it wasn't a very popular mag in Lebanon. My fetish cover Gisele of course for the 20th anniversary.

Oh my Gosh, I was going through my bookcase yesterday, boxing

up magazines to go into storage, and I kept flipping through issues of Face and THINKING EXACTLY THE SAME thing. I KID YOU NOT. I am looking at the APRIL 2004 issue with Mischa Barton on the cover (yuck), but the editorials are so dynamite I gotta give a shout out. Brazil pictorial shot by Luis Sanchez and the Alexi Lubomirski one where the model does the Police Woman (what's her face) look alike. Two beautiful pictorials. Yup. They had some good issues.
