Iker did such a great job, he was really good in the finale. I'm so happy Spain won! I love how he always proves his critics wrong. I keep hearing people say he's not that good of a goal keeper, but look at all his success! There's nothing he hasn't achieved yet with Real Madrid or the national team.

i admit - i didn't like him too much and rooted for Valdes to be the keeper of the Spanish team but Iker proved me wrong and was great in every single game! he saved Spain quite a few times and i even forgive him that he is from Real no, but honestly he seems like a nice guy and heck, his girlfriend is stunning! they make a great couple!
