Nope, the British edition shot their own images separately (the styling teams are not the same), which ended up looking very much like her feature in the US edition.

I'm growing more and more fond of British InStyle's edits, especially the photography. The editorial direction appears to be very distinct, like that about them. Mad about everything posted so far, and will have to pick this up.

Question: was it the beginning of this year or last year that UK were floundering? This year's April and May issues are superb. Kirsten's cover could be better but who isn't delighted to see her on any cover. She's fantastic!

Is the British edition of InStyle attempting to appeal a younger demographic lately? The American version always seems to sophisticated and polished (most of the time), while putting themselves on a completely different wavelength..
