Intense Blue Eyeliner

Saw this on the runway last season at Nina Ricci and have now been seeing it everywhere in NYC - especially on spectators in the Tents last week. The blue is only on the lower lashline, black liquid liner on top, with an otherwise neutral face. Perfect example of the 80s making a comeback, but still modern and new. Love it.

yes!! i have chestnut eyes and deep blues match perfectly with browns.

LOVE blue eyeliner, but mostly if it's for a night out on the town (for me). I pair blue liner with dark brown mascara, and the results are stunning. I use Avon Glimmersticks... beautiful, intense color... a bit hard to get off, though.

Oh of course! I see no differnce between asian eyes and caucasion eyes in terms of bone structure, only difference is that asian eyes are more flat.

I used to wear blue eyeliner a few years back, I wish more people would wear it. It looks really cool but elegant..nix the blue eyeshadow though...unless it's for a costume ball..

I blue eyeliner!! I've been using it for several years now. I like how it brings out the colors of my eyes. Am sure it looks good on everyone.

for a really bright, unique blue i highly recommend MAC's blue peep fluidline. it's teal-colored, rather than a neutral blue, wears forever and is really pigmented. it's great when the rest of the face is fairly subdued.

I know a girl who does the blue lower lash line/ black upper lash line eyeliner with heavy foundation and bright red forties pencil drawn lips. She thinks she looks incredible.

However, the blue eyeliner with a neutral face is quite pretty. I love adding a dash of color. Blue seems to be one of those colors that makes any eye sparkle.

i think intense blue eyeliner can look magical, my friend chloe is very naturally pale with amazing auburn on here and when she wears liquid blue intense eyeliner she looks like a screen goddess

Apparentely blue eyeliner is back but I really don't know how to wear it what kind of eyeshadow do you wear? is it appropiate for everywhere, can you wear in on campus?

Does anyone know if there is an eyeliner that is an incredibly intense blue that has a big dollop of purple in....so it's basically a bright and deep blue/purple? My heart is set on it and I can't find one!

I use the blue from the Gel liners from L'oreal's HIP Line. It's amazing. Best eyeliner, ever
