not crazy about that super concentrated back alley lighting on his face but it's definitely eye-catching. his pretty baby blues are front and center though.

i keep seeing that 16+ on their covers. what does it mean? some kind of rating system?

also i've yet to actually see Interview RU in person. but it appears as though that cover is very heavy paper stock. is that indeed the case?

It's a rating, indeed. All media in Russia should put raitings on their material. Magazines should do that on covers, on TV they show raiting before the TV programme or show starts, etc.
