how funny, i saved this picture (from TPF) several days ago, when considering a first (tur or AP or VD). they are all here in this pic - i think the one on the bottom right isnt VD-but close enough

speaking of nbf bag, dont u guys think the handles sometime are off a bit? I mean it's not wide enough (top/side wise, not front), and the leather looping very closed to each other?? I just noticed it on my PT...i think this applies more in the giant hardware, coz leather looping is double..

yes, the handles are little bit weird.
more holes/looping on the handles, the leather where the loops are should straight out, instead of down, i will try to find pics- visual ads always helpful, lol
and it's somehow more round, instead of more of a cone shape, KWIM

the fact about the handles made me kinda mad about T&D (when i said their quality went down lately). it's not a huge flaw, now it doesnt bother me, though i wish they could make it properly again as before. i know they can do it, as they did w their old bags. the handles were perfect. i dont expect 100% as the real, but at least, keep up w the best they could do, KWIM...
i did email them about the handles, but....no changes..YET.

baby yorkie... i agree with you about the handles. they seem to be a bit...flat? squished? not quite sure how to describe it. and yes, they have done them very well in the past.

on a side note...wow! look at that bale! i haven't seen one that good yet. i am super impressed!

ambreit: squished is the right word to describe mine. interestingly, when i was looking at some of the marcia's bags, the bales are pretty good too, and very similar to TD. i didnt check all though..on a side note, she did ship from korea, i saw she gave korean address to a buyer, and also her last tracking code is kr..i hope TD perfecting their bags more and more, not improve one thing and forget the other. but then again, when the reps are too perfect, some bloody losers will try to rip off people's money by selling it as auth.

baby_yorkie: I understand and agree. If it's something T&D had right before, then there is no reason for it to change. Hopefully they'll correct it. It's a small detail, but something I look for when I see other people carrying bbags!

and i thought u also said u're waiting patiently for vintage xl?? LOL

i personally think the lock isnt correct (said it many times)..but then again the size is also not correct, so maybe it's not vintage jumbo..

althought the clasp is changed, its still wrong.
My friend (her mom owns a 2nd hand consigment store) said jacky used the wrong clasp, because this black lambskin belongs to a 07A /08A clasp.
you gotta go to Tpf to checkout the real clasp.
Jacky gave it a fall collection bag clasp, which is wrong.

I'm totally fine waiting for the vintage xl as long as it will be correct. But if it's not, I'd rather get the 2137 while he has the lambskin in stock (which he didn't before).
