as far as i knew, authentic marigold was 2004, and jaune was 2007. they are slightly different, with jaune being a bit darker? maybe i'm wrong.

i know that t&d did marigold already, because i owned one. it was a lighter yellow than the newer jaune color that balenciaga put out in the last year.

ambreit - I may be wrong in that case maybe the top is the 2007 jaune and the bottom pic maybe 2004 marigold? I AM VERY CONFUSE now hehhehe

pretty sure they are both jaune '07.

if you look at the reference section of tpf, there is debate about calling the new jaune "marigold". they are two different colors.

the official names are MARIGOLD 04, and JUANE 07.
TD did MARIGOLD 04, not JUANE 07. all the pics PGlow posted were JUANE, with more orange...
i would love a JUANE GGH combo if they do it

thanks so much ambreit and baby yorkie to clarify this - hmm in that TPF picture marigold looks so good so does jaune =) I heard about T&D wanting to do mandarin now don't know where mandarin sit between all those pumpkin, jaune and marigold hahhaa

Yes, there are two different yellows--jaune and marigold.
I love my T&D marigold day (thanks Ivy ) and I would totally be down for a jaune GGH or GSH work

Hello to all.

Does nbf's bal first has the correct size? says it's 6" (h) x 13 " (w) x 2 " (d) on their ioffer shop but the authentic measured 7.5" in height.
I purchased a Lilac city from them back in July but the size was off, now I really want to buy their rubisse first but I'm a little scared because of the size issue. Can someone help me out here and let me know the exact height of nbf's first.

I don't think they have any Firsts left in ruby....I'd contact them NOW if you want one...maybe you can somehow get your hands on one!

for starters a big hello to everyone have been lurking and browsing this forum for some time and finally got able to join it now I did some catching up yesterday and read most of this thread, it's so long

I love handbags (and shoes also), so I began searching online ever since I got my creditcard B)

did some online purchases such as a dark red chanel wallet, which I really like (don't know if it ever existed but I love it) and a fairy bag (this one I liked less because the bottom and sides were not correct, but my aunt loved it so I'm passing it on, if you want pictures I can upload them some time)

but this means I had to look for another fairy bag and that's what I've been doing the last couple of weeks and let me tell you one thing, how difficult is that? I always find something that is not right, sigh I just want it to be perfect for me, I've studied the real one so carefully - first I wanted the bowler version but only ugly versions exist of it so I'm going with the boston bag, I saw throughout this thread that some of you had a fairy bag? or maybe someone has got a recommendation for me? would be sweet

I also have some other items on my list such as: the dior small purple babe bag (also impossible to find in the correct color, you either get light purple or washed out purple), the prada fairy clutch, chanel 2.55 black flap with silver chain and a bunch of other things, I think I need a seperate room for my bags

hope you girls can help me I'll do my best to contribute as much as I can to this thread!

i just asked them yesterday about a ruby first, no more ruby first..
i've bought some first from TD and they all corrected, including a lilac first

Did they say they'll do GGH though? Because if it turns out to be aqua and they treat it as such, then I want my aqua PT with GGH!

^^But I'm wondering if they're doing giant hardware at all. '05 wouldn't have GH or a PT. But if its aqua they'll have both. They told me its turq and will only be available in RH.

I'm ecstatic!

After months of them not thinking it would be possible- IT IS!! They know I'm the Queen B of this color so they notified me and asked to help get the list going!!!! SO- of course let them know if you are interested, but post as well so I can send a completed list. This color only had regular hardware. I am not sure which styles they will make, most likely the usual- but first they must see there is interest in the color first.

soooo as I told them- I'd buy all 20 myself!!! Haha, who is with me?
