Is this watch authentic???

My cousin has just purchased a new watch from the I love D&G range. However...whilst she claims it is real I don't believe her. Instead of the stap saying " I *heart* D&G" it just says "D *heart* G". I've searched on the internet and I've only find these:

So unless I'm missing something or a range I haven't seen is her's real or not?

Well. It *could* be fake but from the pic you posted it looks like the little charms slide off, so maybe she rearranged them?
