Isaac Mizrahi for Target F/W 07.08

Look 17 and 14 appear to me like they belong on a Chanel Look book. This is an ideal collection for those Women who shop on a budget. And those who are looking for Classic pieces to add character to their wardrobes. :D

The dress in Look 4 is very nice. I hope it comes in colors other than red, however. I'm not a red wearer.

I may just have to buy the plaid skirt, perhaps the matching jacket as well. $30 isn't too bad for such a versatile piece; my only concern is the fit. I know Target.com photos tend to be deceiving with how perfect the clothes are tailored, so I'm a bit weary.

Also: if anyone is curious, the shoes are available in most, if not all, locations. They're beautifully made; I've already bought two pairs (both pumps, one red and one dark brown).

I really like some of these pieces, in particular looks 11, 13, 14, 17, and 21. I agree that there is a certian understated elegance to the pieces. Are the shoes faux leather though? I'm a little concerened about that. Also do they run true to size?

Mizrahi has accepted a new opportunity as creative director for the Liz Clairborne brand at Liz Clairborne Inc.
