I recieved my Lacow boots (in honey) today! They're a liiiittle bit too big, I'm so glad I didn't go up a size They're so flattering, the right height and perfect style. I thought they'd might make my legs look shorter but they don't. I'm in love I just hope that they don't stretch out too much or that I'll get blisters by them Only time will tell, I guess (which is the thing I hate about buying shoes). Can't wait until spring so I can start wearing them!

By the way, the dake/forbes/bidou/lacow/dicker boots are available at NAP in camel! Initially, I wanted those boots in camel but the sale assistants told me that they were from some very old collections, so I ended up with a pair in taupe. Now I don't know if I should get my hands on the camel ones because I still want them but I don't want to have too many shoes. And if get the camel ones, I'm afraid I will neglect the pair in taupe

Woooh, I found the baki coat in moca yesterday on sale!! I was checking Ebay every single day, but yesterday I came across a store I had never been before in the city where I go to university. And it was just hanging there all alone on the sales rack, waiting for me to snag it up

Yesterday I saw that white dress of the lookbook and Gosh it's so beautiful!

Although my hubby looked at in horror and said sarcastically "I thought you didn't like wedding dresses". Is he right? Or should I just ignore him?

There is a black version of it, but is not near as beautiful.

^^I'd love to see photos! Where did you find them? Also why are you waiting until spring? I think they'd be great in winter too!

I bought them from a store called SKY in Amsterdam (super helpful with everything, I highly recommend them!). And there's no way I'm using them in all this snow! They're in suede so I wouldn't want to ruin them (not with that price tag ) and there's no way these would keep my feet warm in this -25C degrees weather. But as soon as the snow is gone, these'll be worn to death.

^^Beautiful! They're so hard to find in the USA. What about a waterproof suede protector so maybe you can take them out a bit earlier? I couldn't stand the wait! More power to ya!

I have the Lacow boots in beige, size 41 - which I just bought. At first I was thinking how versatile they would be and how I could wear them with everything, but now I'm not quite so sure.

I think they go with a ton of stuff. I'd keep them if I were you.

I would take a 38, I'm a 39 and the I remember I tried the 40 and it was simply huge. And I use the 40 in the lacow, bidou etc booties.

^I saw lots of Etoile stuff in store today. Fell in love with a vest and a creme colored blazer but will wait for the next sales because all IM stuff in that store always goes on sale with 70% off People here don't get the Marant hype yet, apparently.
