I think a high concept fashion like McQueen is where Issa can really stun. That image of her at McQueen is so beyond and using her best asset rather than brands like Coach. I'm glad she got the campaign, but her futuristic alienesque look cant be fully utilized. She got the buzz from Coach and Balmain, but I dont think these commercial looks leaves much of an impression of what a unique beauty she really is.

Yesterday I met Issa at a music festival here in Mexico City. She definitely stands out, she's super tall (I'm 5'11 for reference) and didn't seem to be wearing some crazy heels. We didn't talk much, but she was nice enough and has perfect 'chilango' Spanish.

I disagree. I think she can work contemplative/minimalist quite as well… certainly her 'look' could be described as the bolded, but I loved her Coach campaign shot and also her look this season at Loewe. She's a cameleon as TREVOFASHIONISTO said.
