She got a L'Oreal campaign!

The new L’Oreal Paris Infallible shoot looks like a fun one based off some behind the scenes images Cyril Chapuy, president of L’Oreal Paris International posted to his Instagram account earlier this week. Models Barbara Palvin, Jeneil Williams, Soo Joo Park and Juanita Cervera pose in images which range from sporty to disco chic style.

Jeneil lands major cosmetic campaign

Jamaican supermodel Jeneil Williams made history this week by shooting the L’Oreal Infallible campaign in Paris, in the process becoming the first Caribbean model to land a global cosmetics campaign for a major brand. This remarkable achievement is the latest highlight in a glittering eight-year career that has included covers for Vogue, I-D and Love, and campaigns for Jimmy Choo, Jean Paul Gaultier, Victoria’s Secret, Nordstrom, Calvin Klein, Motorola, Benetton and Baby Phat.

Currently signed to IMG, the the world’s top modelling agency, the Pulse model and Vere Technical High School alum has also walked for Prada, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Fendi, Marc Jacobs, Isaac Mizrahi and Vivienne Westwood.

Cyril Chapuy, global brand president of L’Oréal Paris, described Janeil as “stunning”, “extremely beautiful”, “chic” and “powerful” in a series of Instagram posts from the set of the Infallible shoot on December 8.

GO Jeneil! Can't wait to see the finished product!

She's the bomb and so underrated. Fantastic news! Can't wait to see the finished product. :buzz:

Obviously she's the first Jamaican to do so, so that's quite an accomplishment as well B)

No one's discounting that achievement.

As a Jamaican I am extremely proud of her. And as one who's been following her career since 2005, her determination serves as a testament of what discipline and hard work can accomplish.

I just dislike trite hyperbolic, 'fashion' writing.
