I don't know where you live but not anyone see scarves as a fashion "it" accessory it's also a necessity even in Summer.

Of course I ditched my big chunky wooly ones and I wished I didn't have to, but I'm wearing one now as it's so cold and windy in Paris and I wished I had worn it before because I caught a d*** cold.

Anyway, I saw a scarf similar to the one Jennifer's wearing at H&M a while ago.

The thing is, I live in New York, and its like 100 degrees and disgustingly humid. And these girls walk around wearing barely any clothing - skimpy dresses, tank tops, etc. WITH A SCARF! Its totally ridiculous. To be a "slave" to the fashion when they are sweating!

Hahaha. As a fellow NYer, I totally agree.

It reminds me of late fall/early winter when college girls go out in North Face fleece, mittens, jeans, hats and flip flops. WTF?

I agree wearing a scarf in scorching hot weather is ridiculous. But it does depend on where you live and where you are. In some places, even during summer, it can be cool in the morning and at night. And some people might just have weaker respiratory systems.
