I don't care when she doesn't dress up. I think it's great that she's a regular person whose life doesn't revolve around clothes. There's nothing wrong with going out in jeans and sneakers and a sweatshirt. It's not a moral failing. However, criticizing that outfit with the jeans and ugly boots is not in the realm of criticizing her for looking like a regular person because it's pretty clear to me that she was trying to dress up. She just failed miserably at it. And as this is a fashion site, people should be allowed to point out when she has failed at fashion. (Plus, I'd look twice at a "regular" person on the street who was wearing that awful combo, too.)

The blue dress, however, is perfect. Is Rachel Zoe still dressing her?

Agree! She looks so lovely posing with that little boy and the bat - just a beautiful face and smile. She seems so genuinely kind and good. Clearly loves children, and that's why the "Juno" role was so ideal for her.

Ha ha, I find it amusing that people can look at someone think they know what that person was doing and I am including myself here because I would say that it was clear to me that she was just heading out on her own personal business and as Jennifer does, dresses for herself. And I would say that I do not think she failed because I do not think she was trying to impress anyone with fashion. And that is why I said ha, ha. Totally opposite thoughts.
But not opposite on the blue dress, I agree. And that is where is was dressing for her career.

Heh, that is pretty funny. It honestly never occurred to me that she wasn't trying to dress up. I was like, "But she was trying to match? Can't you seeeee?"

She shines in simple outfits, whether it's a plain dress or jeans and a t-shirt. Something about her look really conflicts with frou-frou.
