Jennifer Lawrence is set to star in the upcoming film East of Eden, based on the beloved novel of the same name, according to Deadline.

The 23-year-old actress will be reunited with director Gary Ross, the director behind her star-making film The Hunger Games, and the story will reportedly be told in two films.

The story is about two sons who compete for the attention of their farmer father. Jennifer will be playing the role of Cathy Ames, “the cold and cruel mother of the boys and the estranged wife of the farmer.”

I'm kinda worried that she's being overworked...she's signed onto a lot of films this year and hasn't had much of a break. That said, I LOVE her, so the more films she churns out, the better.

yeah her Vogue article said the same thing, and I agree she literally has been working back to back. Hope it doesnt have negative effects in the longterm for her

I don't get poses like that. Unless you are being photographed, you would never place your hand like that. It looks forced. I really like the coloring of the cover, but that pose is bugging me...
