^ I don't agree with you on that, I think almost all of her awards were for SLP. Which isn't to say THG work wasn't great, but compared to SLP it wasn't as much as much as an "Awards Bait" type role.

That's what I mean though, she was great in SLP but better in THG (in my opinion.) I don't like the whole 'awards bait' thing the Academy so often favours, like just because she cries in a film made by the Weinstein Company she's more worthy of an award than when she is magnificent in a teenage blockbuster.

Jennifer Lawrence makes an appearance on Conan to chat about her new movie American Hustle on Wednesday (December 18).

The 23-year-old actress told the talk show host how if she wasn’t an actress then she would probably be a hotel maid. She then told a story about how a maid came across her stash of sex toys!

“This is actually really funny. Somebody as a joke bought me a bunch of butt plugs. It’s a long story,” Jennifer said. “I had a copious amount of butt plugs. Tons of butt plugs. All different kinds of colors and the maid was coming so I was like, ‘well I’ll just shove this under the bed so she doesn’t see all these butt plugs.’ She might not know they are for a joke.”

“Then I came back and all of them were brought out of the bed and were in this beautiful display on my bedside table,” Jennifer added. “I think she knew what she was doing. They were under the bed. I wanted to leave a note like, ‘not mine’ or ‘bought as joke.’

Jennifer Lawrence brightens up the day for many young kids while visiting them at the Kosair Children’s Hospital on Sunday (December 22) in Louisville, Kent.

The 23-year-old Oscar-winning actress surprised the kids in her hometown with the visit over the weekend. Definitely spreading the Christmas cheer!

After the Oscars earlier this year, Jennifer was interrupted in an interview by Jack Nicholson, and now she has revealed that he sent an apology for it.

“He sent me some flowers and a bottle of Cristal and a note that said ‘Missing you already.’ Not to brag,” Jennifer told ABC News. “I should’ve probably kept that a secret so it could just be between me and Jack.”
