I think they did a good job making the hair color flatter her. But her natural colors are more beautiful.

Last time I've heard it was Rachel Zoe... Who apparently styles Sofia Vergara
But she used to do an amazing job when she styled in Anne Hathaway few years ago.

I've done some researches and she's no longer working with Rachel Zoe since November 2015. She's now with Jill Lincoln and Jordan Johnson (Zoe's former assistants). Apparently, they're now working for a lot of Zoe's former clients, according to their Instagram and this article.

Idk, they're doing well with Kiernan Shipka...

^ They really are, but it seems to me that Kiernan has a great interest in fashion and is probably very involved in what she wears. Jennifer, on the other hand, is a blank canvas and they are failing to build her a signature look.
