Its such a shame that the hispanic fashion community hasn't embraced her fully yet. She should've been had covers for Vogue España, Vogue Mexico, Vogue Latinoamerica, Vogue Portugal, & even Vogue Brasil by now. I guess they're still hung up on the race thing. SMH.

On the other hand, I personally Love that Vogue Japan Cover. So far is my favorite Cover out of all her Vogue Covers. It seems to capture her natural beauty, IMO.

i personally love her vogue nippon cover and am glad they put her on the cover, considering the few number of women of color who have been on the cover of vogue nippon.

Good chance its the December issue of Vogue Turkey. The photographer for the ed is one of the main photographers for Vogue Turkey and it says 2012 at the end of the video. It would be weird to include that if it was for a 2013 cover.

^Yeah, on their web site they posted the video of the shoot and it says "Vogue Türkiye Aralık(December) 2012 - Joan Smalls"

So... she'll more than likely be the December Cover girl. I'm ecstatic!!

Now all I need is for Joan to score Vogue UK and Vogue Paris!!!
