I found her bio on the IMG Models website

JULIA RESTOIN-ROITFELD
Julia was born in Paris to Carine Roitfeld and Christian Restoin. She was immediately thrust into the world of fashion as her mother, now Editor in Chief of Vogue Paris, was already a successful model and stylist. Julia has a brother, Vladimir. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
In 1986, Julia participated in a children’s shoot for Italian Vogue Bambini, photographed by Mario Testino. It was at this shoot that Mario and Carine first met, resulting in a lasting partnership in the fashion world. After the Italian Vogue shoot, Julia went on to do a number of French Elle shoots as well as Benetton Ads. Julia says her first big job was shooting an advertisement for A.P.C, photographed by Marianne Chemetov. Julia then walked in the A.P.C. Fashion show.
Julia has worked with such noted photographers as Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, and Paola Kudacki. She was featured in a V Magazine spread, photographed by Thomas Nutzl, entitled “Mademoiselle Strip Tease,” and in the second issue of Teen Vogue with Corinne Day.
Julia attended the Parson School of Design in Paris and moved to New York in 2004 where she interned at Baron and Baron before enrolling at Parsons, The New School for Design that September. While at school, Julia went on to intern with Craig McDean. While there, she helped with all aspects of production and editing in the studio.
Julia is currently an art director with a growing list of clients. In August 2003, she did the design and art direction for the fashion supplement of the Vogue Paris cover. Since then she designed the Fall/Winter 2006 Invitations for John Paul Gaultier’s Fashion Show, designed a V Magazine portfolio of art directed covers featured inside the April 2006 issue, and did all art direction for Marina Rinaldi’s Fall/Winter 2006 advertising campaign. Julia has maintained a lasting relationship and continues to work as a designer at Baron and Baron.
In July 2006, after graduating from Parsons, Julia started her own business, Global Design, Inc. Her focus is on advertising and art direction. She can also be seen in the advertisements for Roberto Cavalli for H&M and she is the current face of Tom Ford Black Orchid and Tom Ford Eyewear. The designer picked Julia personally, adding that Roitfeld is “exactly what beauty is to me.” The campaign was photographed by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott.
With her hard work, expertise, and history in the business, Julia will accomplish anything she sets her mind to. The fashion industry will surely see a lot more of this green-eyed beauty.
