this style is already invading the streets...

a friend of mine wore a jumpsuit last saturday night in NYC..
and she actually looked pretty chic :innocent:

i think that despite my initial objections i will end up eating my words and liking this look...

:ninja:

^I think finding the right proportion for one's body is the key to do this trend
I really love this Sharon Wauchob jumpsuit:heart:

Jumpsuits were EXTREMELY popular in the late 70s , harem style jumpsuits are horrible , you look like a ballon the best jumpsuits are the ones in dark colors and with full sleeves , and belted high waisted . I prefer the ones with straight wide legs ( not flares or super wide) , reason being , with wide legs , its much easier to use the restroom . I have 5 jumpsuits , 3 vintage , 2 new.
Of the jumpsuits shown i like are Donna Karan ,derecuny , Loewe and Missoni, the rest of them suck and look very uncomfortable.

those chloe jumpsuits are THE worst they shouldnt see the light of day even omg !!!

my current --x 2mos-- fashion lemming [& holy grail] that I just haven't found in real life. Either too hoochie/clubwear or too Farmer Ted.

^this one is not so bad and I love the chanel ones! I bought one a few weeks ago I just haven't worn it yet @_@

^I love that one you posted, *Jibrielle*. It's so sophisticated.

As far as jumpsuits are concerned for me.... I don't know. I don't I'll be wearing one anytime soon, but I'm not entirely averse to wearing one either. There couldn't be room mistakes, and it would certainly have to compliment every aspect of a woman's figure. I really love this one Amélie posted. I think it's perfect, and could be worn casually.

*Jibrielle* that is gorgeous! I need that! Who's it by? Ahh I have to have it!

Its by Derek Lam. It was posted on the first page ^^ I have to have it too its so chic!

i found a zara woman jumpsuit i really like. the top half is pretty loose and drapey, the legs at the calves and thigh are tighter, and then it has a drop-crotch/balloony/diaper thing going on. strange. strange i like it also, ha! :p
