Our Junior Formal is on May 22, and I have no idea what I should wear!

I really want to find a cute dress (knee-length) in a fun spring color, but am having a little difficulty... Nothing prommy (jessic mcclintock or whatever is not really what I want...)

PS: I am 5'9, a size 2/3 with no chest, so no cleavage gowns!!!
