I doubt that Kanye has time to go shopping especially while preparing for big events, traveing, having a hectic schedule et.c. He mentioned a few times, while accepting different awards his stylist. Didn't remember if it was a she or a he! I doubt that his girlfriend is his stylist unless she travels around with him which is iffy to me but who knows. There's probably more information somewhere on the net about the subject.

Few years back there was an article on people.com about him and Alexis, and it was something like 'bla bla bla' - said West's stylist Charlene Roxborough. So she probably was working with him some time ago.

And maybe his gf isn't really his stylist but she surely gives him advices on what to buy and how to wear (since she is a ~fashion designer~, you know... )

In this year's august issue of Harper's Bazaar there was an article about him (his style) and his girlfriend where he says how Alexis influences his style a lot:
