just looking at the recent pages in Gisele's thread --- and reading her interview with V -- i'm just amazed at the amount of work she still does. Gisele works her *** off and just this month alone, has a V cover, and an edit in both W and Vogue.


whereas KK is doing ...what? there aren't even many pictures of her on the VS website. she hasn't done any actual modelling work in ages. i'm starting to lose interest. and that's something because she's been my FAVOURITE model ever since i saw her in the 2001 VSFS. so for literally like 7 years. but now i'm getting bored. she needs to do more actual modelling. even a purely commercial model like Heidi Klum is constantly in magazines and doing ads for whatever random companies.

i was looking at Gisele's cover and edit with V and all i could think was "there are few other models who could do that edit and manage to make it GLAM, not trashy. Gisele, perhaps Doutzen ... and KAROLINA." oh how i would've loved to see her in it. but she doesn't seem to want to work anymore. just VS.

sorry -- i'm ranting. she's still gorgeous and amazing, i just wish she'd actually do more modelling work.

^^ Maybe the girl is just living her life and enjoying herself. There does come a point for many models where they decide to just chill out. I see nothing wrong with that. She is human...I'm sure she will do more modeling if the time is right or if she wants to.
