The Brazilian press butchered Fernanda Tavares a few years back for modeling bikinis while out of shape & with cellulite too. I guess in Brazil being swimsuit ready is imperative, and KK wasn't the first or the last to get blasted.

KK doesn't have a navel, I thought you guys knew? she just has a surgical scar around the inside area.

Also, in those recent photos, I think it is the bad and heavy self-tanner that enhances those wrinkle lines on KK's legs/back. That stuff can make you look more toned, but also more bumpy.
