I saw another HQ from that same day and it's at a much better angle...
and you can see the "toe" is just an odd bump/bone on the side of her foot...
it doesn't even have a nail...

I am at work right now...

i agree with you broken english. from pictures i have seen from that particular set, i think it is just a bump or a funky bone- not a sixth toe.
